Cesar Medina Ruiz

Cesar Medina Ruiz is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and architecture, currently serving as a Delineante Proyectista at RIC Energy since July 2023. Previously, Cesar held the position of Proyectista FV at ICOENERGIA SOLUCIONES ENERGETICAS SA, where responsibilities included delineation for photovoltaic plant projects. Additional experience includes roles at Enertis, focusing on basic project delineation and execution for photovoltaic plants and electrical infrastructure, as well as a BIM Specialist position at TMASD. Earlier career contributions involved CAD delineation for various architectural and structural projects, including work with CORPOELEC on electric distribution networks.
