Laura Comadrán Battistella serves as a Training & Recruitment Specialist at RIC Energy since March 2023, focusing on annual training plans and onboarding processes. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Inmoclick, where strategic decision-making and staffing forecasts were key responsibilities. For over a decade at Universidad del Aconcagua, Laura coordinated institutional relations and academic events while also teaching and managing a diploma program. Additional experience includes roles in human resources and training development at AFIN SRL, CARGOS S.R.L, Cencosud S.A., and Manpower Argentina. Academic credentials include degrees in Psychology and specialized training in Psychoanalysis and Group Psychology.
