Jeff Gans

Jeff joined the company in 2015 after working closely with RIC at Nevada Capital Insurance Company. He is an accomplished Property & Casualty Insurance Executive with experience leading complex and challenging underwriting-driven operations. Jeff’s career has been focused on commercial lines, particularly in field and home office leadership roles for several carriers and an MGA. His experience includes standard commercial lines of business, as well as alternative risk transfer, captives, excess and surplus lines, programs and transportation. While most of his career has been in the west, he has also worked in Baltimore, Chicago and Kansas City.

Jeff graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.
