Nicky Batt

Nicky Batt serves as the Head of Human Resources for Ricardo plc in Australia since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Prior roles include Head of People and Culture at ChildFund Australia, People Director for Asia Pacific at HKA, and Senior Business Partner at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Nicky has also held significant positions such as Human Resources Manager at Halliday Engineering and Asia Pacific Human Resources Manager at SLR Consulting. Previous experience includes a contract role at Technocrat, where Nicky established the HR function and managed the production team, and positions at The Whiddon Group, Blyss Personnel, and ERM. Educational qualifications include an MCom (Hons) in Human Resources and Strategic Planning, as well as degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Canterbury.
