Nikki Stead

Nikki Stead, PHR, has an extensive work experience spanning several roles in the field of human resources. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at Ricart Automotive Group since May 2022. Prior to this, Nikki held various positions at Donatos Pizza, including Vice President of People Services from November 2019 to May 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of People and Culture from June 2018 to November 2019, Manager of People Services from November 2016 to June 2018, District Supervisor from November 2012 to November 2016, and General Manager from May 2009 to November 2012.

Nikki Stead, PHR, has an extensive education history in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. In 1999, they obtained their High School Diploma from Whitehall-Yearling High School. Nikki then pursued higher education and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University. Nikki's commitment to professional development is evident through their additional certifications. In 2021, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI. Nikki also completed the Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings certification from LinkedIn in 2019 and the Workforce Analytics upSkill Micro-Learning certification from HRCI in 2020. Currently, Nikki is expanding their knowledge and pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Penn State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
