Kwang Shi Ying is an experienced Account Executive at RICE, a strategic communications and public relations consultancy, where responsibilities include supporting communication efforts for B2B tech accounts such as Salesforce and ESET since December 2022. Kwang is also the Owner of @kopi.toast, an accessories business with over 4,000 Instagram followers, managing product innovation, social media marketing, and logistics. Previous experience includes a Social Media Marketing Intern role at Killiney Kopitiam, where Kwang created social media collateral and executed campaigns, and an E-commerce Operations and Retail Intern position at Vintagewknd, focusing on inventory management and customer service. Kwang holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore, following A Levels from Pioneer Junior College and GCE O Levels from Yuan Ching Secondary School.
