Chris Rice became a third-generation president and CEO of Rice Companies in 2008. In addition to leading a team of 90+ employees, Chris cultivates relationships with new and long term clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado and is a past president of the St. Cloud Builders Exchange, three term Advisory Council member for Butler Manufacturing, 5 under 40 winner, ABC of Minnesota/ North Dakota Board Member, active with numerous peer groups, and is LEED AP certified.
Today, Rice Companies encompasses Architectural and Engineering services, General Contracting, Construction Management, Development, Real Estate Brokerage, Maintenance and other field services, operating out of their Sauk Rapids, Glencoe, Mankato and Fargo, ND offices.
