Joey Barr

Joey Barr joined the Rice team in 2023 as General Manager of their Mankato location. He has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years and most recently as a Project Development Manager with another construction group.

He grew up in Mankato, MN where he attended Mankato East High School. He went on to Ellsworth Community College and Grand View University, and then graduated from St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

When he’s not hard at work, he’s spending time with his wife of 15 years, Briana, and their twins, Jase and Bexley. He enjoys watching his kids participate in their many various activities, as well as being an avid golfer.
