Ariel Smith is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Commercial Account Advisor at Insurance Services Group since August 2024, Ariel has previously held various positions at PCF Insurance Services, including Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Customer Service Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles as Financial Assistance Program Manager and Revenue Cycle Specialist at MT. BAKER IMAGING, LLC, as well as positions at State Farm Jim Harber Agency and Bob Wallin Insurance, where Ariel focused on personal lines account management. Ariel began a career in finance as a Flex-Teller at Whatcom Educational Credit Union and has foundational experience as a Dietary Aide at Orchard Park Assisted Living. Educational credentials include a diploma from Bellingham Technical College and participation in ballet programs at the Joffrey Ballet School and Northwest Ballet Academy, reflecting a diverse background in both the arts and professional services.
