Rowan has over 15 years’ search experience with a track record of appointing Board level to Directors across all corporate functions within Financial, Business & Professional Services.
Prior to joining Rice Search Partners, Rowan was Head of the Infrastructure Practice for a well-established specialist search firm for nearly seven years and was a key search partner to a number of global institutions on both the sell and buy-side.
Prior to that he was Head of the Compliance and Financial Crime practice for a global search firm where he was responsible for building an established compliance and financial crime team which gained a strong reputation in the market for successfully delivering at MD and Director levels within investment banking, asset management, private banking, hedge funds and consulting. Rowan holds a BA in Business Studies and German from De Montfort University.
