Flavio Icaza

Flavio Icaza has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 with CEMEX as a Trainee Program and New Product Development Specialist. In 2008, they worked as a Production Shift Manager at VF Corporation. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Telefonica Movistar in various roles, including Customer Experience Regional Manager for Central America Operations, Customer Loyalty Program Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Customer Service Consultant for Start Up Costa Rica Project. In 2016, they became Partner and General Manager at Mastiff Rent A Car, where they designed and launched the first two operation pilots in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Rice App and General Manager at AGE Telecom, where they implemented a plan of commercial referrals to increase sales of postpaid by 29%. Flavio also became Co-Founder and Chairman of Mastiff Rentals.

Flavio Icaza obtained a postgraduate finance degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2006. From 2001 to 2005, they obtained an Industrial Engineer major degree in Quality Assurance from Universidad Americana (UAM).
