Shaik Silar has work experience as a Senior Engineer in Infrastructure Operations at RICEFW Technologies Inc since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Systems Specialist at NetApp from December 2012 to April 2023. Before joining NetApp, they were a Technical Services Specialist at IBM from February 2011 to October 2012.

Shaik Silar obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 1996 and 1999. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university from 2000 to 2002.
