Jim Gruchalla

Jim Gruchalla has over 20 years of work experience in the weighing systems industry. Jim started their career at Accurate Superior Scale in 1992 where they served as the Regional Sales Manager. During their time there, they consistently achieved top sales performance and successfully grew their territory's annual revenue from $500K to over $1MM. In 2015, Jim joined Rice Lake Weighing Systems as the Regional Sales Director. In this role, they assist customers and business partners by providing product education, conducting demonstrations, and making sales calls. Jim enjoys working with people and finding solutions to their weighing problems.

Jim Gruchalla attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time at the university, they focused on studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
