Nicholas Kelley has extensive experience in agricultural operations and quality control, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Riceland Foods, Inc. since February 2014. Previous roles include District Manager and Commodity Marketing Specialist at the same company, as well as quality control inspector positions at USDA and the Arkansas State Plant Board, where inspections ensured compliance with USDA standards for various produce. Generations ago a group of Arkansas rice farmers banded together to market their crops. They created a farmers cooperative business group in 1921 now known as Riceland Foods, Inc., headquartered at Stuttgart, Arkansas. Since then, Riceland has grown to become the world's largest rice miller and rice marketer.
