Harper Shelby

Harper Shelby is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at RiceTec, Inc. since October 2013, Harper previously held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at P97 Networks and Manager at Pariveda Solutions. Early career experience includes working as a Software Development Specialist at Spectrum Corporation, where Harper integrated Real Time Reporting software with various Automated Call Distribution platforms and developed internal web applications. Harper began the professional journey as a Network Administrator. Harper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has attended the University of Oklahoma.
