Larry Haugen

Larry Haugen has a strong background in the agricultural industry, with extensive experience in production and supply chain management. Larry began their career in 1981 as a Regional Production Manager at Rohm and Haas Seed Co and later joined Farms of Texas Co as a Production Manager in 1987. In 1990, they joined RiceTec, Inc. as a Production Director and steadily moved up in the company, eventually serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2013. During their time at RiceTec, Inc., Larry also held positions such as Vice President Director of Production and Logistics and Vice President of Global Production, where they oversaw operations in multiple countries and managed strategic planning and supply chain management.

Larry Haugen earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology, General from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 1973 to 1977. Larry later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Plant Pathology from the University of Minnesota, graduating in the years 1980 to 1982.
