Chelsea Stokes is a seasoned career coach and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO, Founder, and Head Career Coach at Rich and Hired since January 2019. Under Chelsea's leadership, Rich and Hired Academy provides comprehensive coaching programs designed to guide clients through key career development areas, resulting in substantial salary increases for many. Prior to launching Rich and Hired, Chelsea gained diverse experience as a Trip Developer and Active Travel Guide at Backroads, and held various roles in talent acquisition at Time Inc., where responsibilities included managing recruitment for mid to senior-level positions and overseeing internship programs. Chelsea started a career in higher education as a Residence Director at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, fostering student well-being and mentorship. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from SUNY New Paltz and Cardiff University.
