Charles Guan

Charles Guan is a co-founder and CTO at Rich Data Corporation, where they use alternative data and AI for financial inclusion. They also served as a Visiting Research Fellow at University of Technology Sydney with a research focus on AI application in financial services. Additionally, they founded WeConnect Global, focusing on financial literacy education and customer behavior insights. Before that, they worked as an Enterprise Architect and Project Manager at NSW Department of Justice. Charles also has experience as a Principal Architect and System Architect at NSW Juvenile Justice, and as a Director at Jupiter Solutions. They hold a MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master's in Computer Science from UNSW, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
