Erik Hansen

Erik Hansen, CDS, is an accomplished Safety and Compliance Manager at Rich Logistics since July 2024, leading recruitment and safety teams to ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance. Previously, Erik served as a Senior HR & Recruiting Consultant at Wyllia and Associates and held various roles at Rich Logistics and CroppMetcalfe, focused on safety policy development, driver training, and full lifecycle recruitment across multiple sectors. Erik's experience extends to managing safety and compliance strategies for fleets at Compliance Service and Solutions, alongside program management and claims administration roles, and HR management at Rawhide Express. With a Bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University and a Director of Safety credential from the University of Denver, Erik’s background is further strengthened by military service as a Cannon Fire Direction Specialist in the US Army.
