Howard L. Levin is a shareholder and the commercial real estate co-chair at Rich May. Howard has over 40 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in real estate acquisitions and development, real estate finance, leasing, permitting, and start-up companies.

Howard began their career at Brown Rudnick in 1978, where they became a partner in the real estate department. In 1999, they left to join Perkins Smith as of counsel, where they worked on acquisitions and development, zoning and permitting, commercial real estate finance and leasing, wireless communications antenna siting, tax deferred exchanges, and 40B. Howard then spent four years at Pepe & Hazard LLP as of counsel before joining Rich May in 2004.

At Rich May, Howard has been instrumental in representing clients in some of the largest real estate transactions in Boston. Howard has also been recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America for their work in the field of real estate law.

Howard L. Levin earned their J.D. from Duke University School of Law and their B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
