Tracey Ziener

Tracey Ziener currently holds the position of Executive Vice President Chief of R&D Food Safety Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Officer at Rich Products Corporation. Prior to this, Tracey served as Vice President of Research and Development for the Global Chocolate Business Unit at Mars, as well as Vice President of R&D for Wrigley Americas. Tracey has also held various leadership roles at Mars, including Global IAT Director for M&M's, Director of Quality & Food Safety, and Director of Greenies/Process/Snacks & Treats Development. Earlier in Tracey’s career, positions included Snacks and Treats Manager and Regional R&D Manager at Master Foods. Tracey Ziener earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from Edinburgh Napier University and also completed a PhD in Chemistry at Heriot-Watt University between 1992 and 1995.
