Lauren Sangara

Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Lauren has always had a passion for supporting people through different phases of life.

After spending years in the wellness industry focused on management, operations, teaching, coaching, recruiting, and retail, she decided to focus solely on recruiting to make a bigger impact on people's lives through their careers. This led her to Rich Talent Group where she brings to life her love of connecting with people and her genuine curiosity to understand them.

Lauren received a Bachelor’s degree in English studies at Marymount University. She is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and a certified Birth Doula through DONA International.
