Quincy Owens

Quincy Owens serves as the MTSS Specialist and Administrator at Rich Township High School District 227, focusing on the coordination of culture, climate, and community relations since August 2018. With a tenure at District 227 beginning in August 2007, Quincy has extensive experience as a Language Arts Teacher, engaging in curriculum alignment, planning, mentoring students, and leading various programs, including the Freshman Academy and Anime Club. Quincy's educational background includes a Master of Arts in School Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, a Master's Degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English from National Louis University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Organizational Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
