Neeka Pharaud

Neeka Pharaud is an experienced educator and professional with a strong background in both teaching and marketing. Currently serving as a Middle School Teacher at Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School since August 2021, Neeka has successfully developed engaging lesson plans and led significant improvements in student performance, particularly in 8th-grade Science PSSA preparations. Previous roles include Assistant Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School, where Neeka emphasized individualized teaching methods, and Marketing Communications Specialist for Helping Individuals Succeed (HIS) LLC, focusing on social media strategies. Neeka holds a Master of Education degree with dual certification in Early Elementary and Special Education from Neumann University and a Bachelor's in Business with a focus on Marketing from Penn State University.
