William R. (Bill) Johnson CCIM has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. William R. (Bill) began their career as the Director of Acquisitions at Lincoln National Development Company, where they were responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and managing the company's portfolio. William R. (Bill) then joined Dain Corporation as Vice President of Acquisitions, where they worked on putting together real estate partnerships.

Following this, Johnson served as the US Managing Partner at Erdman Rubloff International, a joint venture between a British firm and a Chicago-based brokerage. In this role, they sourced properties and managed the venture with their UK counterpart.

William R. (Bill) then joined Equity Group Investments as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, where they participated in the purchase of office buildings and shopping centers across the United States. Johnson later became the Regional Vice President and Director of Acquisitions at Balcor American Express, overseeing the eastern United States.

In 1986, Johnson joined Sharp Boylston Companies as the Managing Partner and Designated Broker. Here, they managed the brokerage firm's operations, oversaw personnel and brokers, and was responsible for the Land and Investment brokerage and research department.

Since 1990, Johnson has been working at Richard Bowers & Co. as the Senior Vice President of the Land and Investment Group. In this role, they specialize in the sale of income-producing properties and land for institutional and high net worth clients. William R. (Bill) is actively involved in marketing properties, communicating with clients, and managing the Land and Investment Group team. Johnson believes in being a "player/coach" and emphasizes the importance of being hands-on in executing assignments for clients.

William R. (Bill) Johnson CCIM pursued their education with a focus on business and economics. William R. (Bill) obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Northeastern State University between 1966 and 1970. Later, they attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1974 to 1975, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business.
