Nathan Lumb

Nathan Lumb is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service delivery and team leadership. Currently serving as the Head of IT Service Delivery at Richard Crookes Constructions since October 2025, Nathan previously held the position of IT Services Team Lead at BaptistCare NSW & ACT, managing a national IT support team. Prior roles include IT Help Desk Team Leader at Randstad Australia, IT Service Desk Team Lead at Allianz Technology, Allianz Australia, and Primary Support Officer at Comcare. Nathan began a career in ICT as an ICT Administrator at Boskalis Australia Pty Ltd. Nathan holds a Diploma in Systems Administration and a Certificate in Network Administration from TAFE NSW.
