Joe Drummond

Joe Drummond, PMP, currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager at Richard Group since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as the Squadron Senior Intelligence Officer for the 25th Infantry Division, where responsibilities encompassed leading a 7-soldier team and overseeing intelligence operations for a 400-soldier unit. Joe's tenure at U.S. Army Pacific involved serving as the Intelligence Directorate's Targeting Officer and Operations Officer, focusing on real-world intelligence support across the INDO-PACIFIC Theater. A distinguished Military Intelligence Officer, Joe completed the Military Intelligence Captains Career Course as the Distinguished Honor Graduate. Previous positions include Strategic Intelligence Team Leader and Ranger Platoon Leader within the 75th Ranger Regiment, along with multiple leadership roles in the 4th Infantry Division. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2015.
