Gillian Scholz is an experienced archaeological professional currently serving as Principal Investigator at Richard Grubb and Associates, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Gillian worked as a Field Technician at Heritage Consultants, LLC, where responsibilities included conducting various phases of archaeological surveys in New England and New York and assisting with laboratory work. Earlier career experience includes working as an Archaeologist at VHB, where land-use history research and cultural resources reviews were conducted, as well as internship roles at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of the City of New York, focusing on artifact research and collection management. Gillian holds a Master of Science in Archaeological Sciences from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Science in Archaeology from Binghamton University.
