Teresa Bulger is a Senior Historian at Richard Grubb and Associates, Inc. since January 2016, specializing in historical archaeology and advocating for the preservation of cultural resources in relation to development projects, particularly under CEQA and Section 106 of the NHPA. Previously, Teresa served as Project Director at William Self Associates, Inc. from May 2013 to September 2015. Additionally, Teresa acted as an Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, teaching "American Material Culture" during the summers of 2011 and 2012. Teresa holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's degree in Historical Archaeology from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology from Boston University.
