Matthew Nolan is an experienced education manager currently serving as the Director of Student Support Services and Designated Safeguarding Lead at Richard Huish College since September 2014. In this role, Matthew Nolan focuses on safeguarding, student services, learning support, sport, and trips. Previously, Matthew Nolan held the position of Student Support Manager, where responsibilities included developing and managing programs in careers, mental health, and enrichment to enhance the student experience. Prior to joining Richard Huish College, Matthew Nolan was the Senior Manager for Workforce and Education at Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership from October 2001 to October 2014, leading a team that worked on various National programs funded by Sport England and the Youth Sport Trust. Matthew Nolan earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Teaching and Learning from the University of Worcester between 2008 and 2011.
