Richard Rice

Richard Rice, P.E. is a seasoned Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Richard Design Services, Inc. since July 2013. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Maintenance/Reliability Mechanical Engineer at Axiall Corporation for a short tenure in early 2013, and held a similar position at PPG Industries from December 1991 to June 2013. Richard Rice holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from McNeese State University (1999-2005) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin (1988-1991). Additionally, Richard earned an Associate of Arts degree from San Antonio College (1987-1988) and received training at Test Masters.
