Sze-Mei Yeung

Sze-Mei Yeung is a Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Richards Buell Sutton LLP, where extensive experience includes representation in technology, intellectual property, and corporate-commercial law, focusing on licensing, technology transfer, and franchising. Previously, Sze-Mei served as Director on the Board of Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and held the role of In-House Counsel at MDA, managing acquisitional due diligence and agreement negotiations. A former Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, Sze-Mei's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Queen's University.
