John Samoya

John Samoya, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Richards Industrials since April 2024. Prior to this role, John held the CFO position at Nature's One from March 2022 to April 2024, focusing on infant formula consumer products. John has a robust background in various consumer product sectors, having served as CFO for French Transit, LLC, specializing in deodorants and dermaceuticals from April 2020 to July 2023, and for Mainspring Holdings, dba Dapple, which produces niche baby and toddler cleaning products from September 2017 to December 2021. Additionally, John was the CFO at Jurgensen Companies, a Cincinnati Deloitte Top 50 privately held construction/manufacturing company, from August 2015 to September 2017, and at CR Brands, Inc. from April 2001 to August 2015. Earlier in John’s career, work included mergers and acquisitions at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from 1996 to 2000. John Samoya earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
