Sean Carney

Sean Carney is the Director of Operations at Richards Packaging Inc., where they focus on supply chain management and lean process improvements. With extensive experience managing large distribution centers, Sean has demonstrated a strong commitment to organizational culture, associate engagement, and health and safety. They previously held leadership roles at companies such as Skyjack Inc., TeleflexGFI Control Systems, and MSC Industrial Supply Co., consistently driving measurable improvements across operations. Sean holds a certificate in Basic Industrial Engineering from Conestoga College and has completed various leadership courses at The University of Western Ontario. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Fanshawe College.
