Monique Sayles

Monique Sayles has extensive experience in sales operations and management, currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations at Richardson Sports since November 1995. In this role, Monique has successfully implemented workflow and ERP programs, including SAP and Magento for website integrations, while effectively communicating with programmers on project management initiatives. Monique also utilizes strategic management techniques and training programs to foster strong teams with a positive organizational culture. Prior to this, Monique worked as Sales Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at Emerald Kidsports from August 1994 to November 1995 and held the position of Program Director. Monique earned a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from California State University, Fresno, in 1994.
