Alan Sinclair

Alan Sinclair has extensive work experience in the legal field. Alan currently works at Richardson Wealth as the VP and Associate General Counsel since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP and Senior Counsel at the same company from November 2018 to April 2022. Before joining Richardson Wealth, they worked as a Senior Counsel at SkyLaw in 2018. From 2016 to 2017, they were Deputy Chief Legal Counsel at AUM Law. Alan also had a role as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at BMO Financial Group in 2015. Alan'searlier experiences include working at UBS as General Counsel from 2012 to 2015, as well as various roles at the same company from 2004 to 2012. Alan began their career as a Business Law Associate at Ogilvy Renault in 2002.

Alan Sinclair earned a High School Diploma from Lorne Park Secondary School in 1991. Alan then attended the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science. Later, they pursued a dual degree program, earning both an LLB and an MBA from Dalhousie University between 1996 and 2000.
