Kelly Johnston has a strong background in application support and governance. They started their career as a Technical Specialist at CIBC in 2009, before moving on to become a Sr. Manager of Application Support in 2011. In 2012, they joined GMP Securities as an Application Support Manager before transitioning to Richardson Wealth in 2013. At Richardson Wealth, Kelly has held roles including Application Support Manager and Vice President of Application Support & Governance.
Kelly Johnston attended Ryerson University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Information Technology Management. In addition to their degree, they have achieved various certifications such as passing the CFA Level 1 examination in 2013, completing the ITIL Foundations v3 course in 2011, and obtaining the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in 2008.
