Vivian Lee-Major has over 18 years of experience in various roles related to total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR technology. Vivian currently holds the position of Vice President, Total Rewards, HCM and Payroll at Richardson Wealth, where they oversee total rewards strategies and policies to attract and retain top talent. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director, Global Compensation, Benefits & HR Technology at Li-Cycle, where they led the design and implementation of total rewards programs and HR technology on a global scale. Vivian also worked as the Director, Total Rewards and Payroll at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR operations in Canada. In addition, Vivian has held senior positions at First Capital REIT, TD Bank Group, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, BMO Financial Group, and Sears Canada, where they gained extensive experience in designing and administering compensation programs for various business groups and managing relationships with clients and business partners.
Vivian Lee-Major holds an Hons. B.A. from the University of Toronto. Vivian also has certifications from World at Work, including CCP, GRP, and CBP. In addition, Vivian has studied classical piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music.
