Craig Ratchford

Craig Ratchford is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and general management within the building products industry. Currently serving as the VP-General Manager USA at Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd since September 2016, Craig oversees the financial performance of over 50 distribution centers in the US. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Sales at Fairway Building Products, President/CEO and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at CalStar Products, and VP of Sales and Marketing at New Home Building Supply. Craig held various leadership positions at James Hardie Building Products, focusing on sales and market development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a BA in History and Sociology from Lenoir-Rhyne University, and a Certificate in Business Management from The Wharton School.
