Denis Gravel

Denis Gravel is an experienced professional in the fields of e-commerce, customer relationship management, and business intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce, CRM and Business Intelligence at Richelieu Hardware Ltd since June 2005. Previously, Denis held multiple leadership roles at MEI Group Inc. from 1992 to 2004, including Senior Vice President of R&D, Services and Support, Vice President of R&D, and Director of the CRM division. Earlier in his career, Denis worked at Quadrom Software Systems from 1988 to 1999 as the Director of Projects and R&D. Denis holds a Bachelor’s degree in management and computer science from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, completed between 1984 and 1987.
