Jonathan Sharon

Jonathan Sharon, CPA, is a distinguished tax professional with extensive experience in alternative investments. Currently serving as a Tax Partner at Richey May & Co., LLP since June 2014, Jonathan specializes in tax services for foreign and domestic hedge funds, PFICs, private equity, and fund of funds. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Tax Manager at Rothstein Kass and UMB Fund Services, managing tax compliance and overseeing teams of accountants. Jonathan's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Jonathan has contributed to various firm committees and has led tax training sessions for industry professionals.
