Kimberly Bratic

Kimberly Bratic has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Kimberly currently holds the position of Executive Director of Marketing & Development at Richfield Living, and prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Advancement at Friendship Retirement Community. Kimberly has also been an Independent Consultant at Kim Bratic Communications since 2008.

In terms of their previous positions, Kimberly worked as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at ALCOVA Mortgage, where they played a key role in transforming the company's market position and achieving impressive revenue growth. Kimberly also co-founded and co-led GIRLS ROCK ROANOKE INC, a non-profit organization aimed at empowering girls and women through music and creative expression. Additionally, Kimberly worked as a Healthy You Columnist at Senior News and as a Communications Director at YMCA of Virginia's Blue Ridge.

Earlier in their career, Kimberly served as the Marketing Director at Jefferson Center, Manager of Marketing and Advertising at PBS North Carolina, and Promotions Manager at WETA. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in marketing, advertising, and media promotion.

Throughout their career, Kimberly has shown a track record of leadership, strategic planning, and achievement in various fields, making their a well-rounded professional with a passion for making a positive impact.

Kimberly Bratic holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ohio University between 1994 and 1998. In 1999, they enrolled in The George Washington University's Publication Specialist Program. Kimberly has also acquired additional certifications, including "Generative AI for Digital Marketers" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023, and "Leader, Level 1" and "Communicating with Different Personality Styles" from Dale Carnegie Training, obtained in 2019.
