Hardison comes to the Institute with dynamic leadership qualities and exceptional background in building compelling cultures that seek continuous improvement in staff development and sales/service effectiveness. Hardison’s experience as an executive sales manage, educator and motivational speaker led to his appointment as Director of Training for the Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management. His experience will be utilized for online and field curriculum development, as well as overseeing all trainers for the Institute. Hardison is the founder of Champion Strategies, an organization dedicated to sharing the techniques and proven methods to grow new and certified pre-owned programs in sales and service.
