Erica Smalls

Erica Smalls is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources at the Richland County Recreation Commission since August 2009, Erica previously worked as a Tax Examiner at the SC Department of Revenue from June 2004 to June 2008. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Wesleyan University, completed between 2004 and 2007, and also possesses an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree obtained from the University of South Carolina from 1982 to 1984.
