Enid Havelaar

Enid Havelaar is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in language instruction. Since August 2015, Enid has served as a French Teacher at Richland School District 400, following a stint as a Substitute Teacher within the same district from December 2014 to June 2015. Prior experience includes working as an English as a Second Language Instructor at the Texas Intensive English Program (March 2011 - August 2012), where Enid developed curriculum and lesson plans for advanced students, and as a University Express Program English Tutor, assisting international students with language goals and university preparations. Enid's teaching background also includes a role as a Japan Exchange in Teaching (JET) teacher at the Annaka Board of Education (August 2006 - August 2007), where Enid taught English and International Studies at various schools in Japan. Enid's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from The University of British Columbia with concentrations in French and ESL, a Master of Arts in Foreign Language Education from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies from The University of British Columbia.
