Randy Fairfield

Randy Fairfield, MBA, MEd, currently serves as a consultant and computer science teacher for Richland School District 400 since August 2013, where responsibilities include chairing the department for secondary teachers and developing onboarding courses for new families. Prior experience includes roles as a technology instructional coach, secondary language arts and social studies teacher, and owner of MisterEdTech Consulting, where Randy has delivered over 50 presentations to educators across the Pacific Northwest. Randy has also worked as a certified trainer and professional learning consultant for Hapara, designing global educator training, and conducted professional development webinars for multiple educational organizations. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from Western Governors University and an MEd from Heritage University, Randy has effectively integrated educational technology and project-based learning to enhance student engagement and achievement throughout a diverse teaching career.
