Jack Carter

Jack Carter began their work experience in 1970 with the US Army, where they held the role of Colonel (R) until December 1999. In September 1999, they joined Richland School District 2 as the Chief Operations Officer, and their tenure with the company continues.

Jack Carter earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 1966 to 1970.
