Shawn Suber

Shawn Suber, PhD has an extensive work experience in the education sector. From 2006 onwards, they have worked at Richland School District 2, holding various roles such as Executive Director of Learning Support Services, Director of MTSS, State and Federal Programs, Elementary School Principal, and Assistant Principal. Prior to that, they worked at Richland School District One from 2002 to 2006 as part of the W.S. Sandel Elementary team.

Shawn Suber, PhD, received their Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Psychology from Newberry College in 1999. Shawn then went on to obtain their Master's degree in School Counseling from Winthrop University between 2000 and 2002. Subsequently, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, at the University of South Carolina from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, during this time, they also obtained an Ed.S (Superintendent Certification) and M.Ed (Principal Certification) from the same university.
