Susan Rathbun, HCCP has a wealth of experience in property management, with a background in overseeing both tax credit and conventional communities. Susan has held various managerial positions at companies such as Richman Property Services, Mayfair Management Group LLC, Laramar Group, Royal American Management, Inc, and Kennedy Wilson. Susan has demonstrated their ability to successfully manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and oversee property repositioning and renovations. Susan holds a diploma in Accounting and Business from Bergen Community College and completed their high school education at Midland Park High School.
