Stacy Duty

Stacy Duty is an accomplished accounting professional with a robust background in portfolio and property accounting. Currently serving as a Portfolio Accountant at Richmark Properties Inc since April 2023, Stacy's previous experience includes roles at Daniel Management Group as an Accountant and as a Real Estate / Property Asset Accountant with a focus on software conversions and accounting policy development. Stacy also held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at HOA Management, where effective budget management led to notable improvements in accounts receivable collections. Further experience includes roles as a Business Manager at the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and as a Property Accountant at Wright-Brown Corporation, where policy enhancements supported the needs of a military community. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University - Central Texas and an Associate of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Central Texas College.
